Just finished the upgrade to latest Wordpress 2.8 release. Did the usual manual upgrade of upload, extract and update db. Starting with 2.7 (I was on 2.6) automatic updates are supported, so hopefully upgrading will be even simpler next time. The new version is now fully installed and looks great.
